Position Overview
A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced Account Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Role Description
The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing client accounts and analyzing financial needs
- Developing tailored financial solutions
- Driving sales growth through strategic client engagement
- Working closely with internal teams to address client queries
- Providing exceptional service to meet individual client needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong relationship management skills and customer service expertise
- Proven client retention experience
- Demonstrated ability in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience with a track record of pursuing business development opportunities
- Financial analysis skills
- Proficiency with account management tools and CRM platforms
- Understanding of banking products, services, and modern financial technologies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in the microfinance or banking sector
