We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our finance department. Key Responsibilities

As an Account Officer, you will work closely with the Senior Accountant and be responsible for the following critical duties:

• Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensure the general ledger is maintained accurately
• Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements to the general ledger
• Handle all company invoicing, track expense reports, and process payments to vendors and suppliers
• Prepare various financial reports for management, including budget-to-actual variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Proximity to Ikota location is preferred

Salary

₦180,000 - ₦250,000 per month
