## Title: Account Management Specialist
About the Role
An established company is seeking an Account Management Specialist to provide exceptional service to existing clients while driving account growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to existing clients
- Manage and grow existing customers' accounts
- Resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating to the helpdesk when necessary
- Follow up with underperforming clients to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as a liaison between clients and other internal units
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- 3 years of experience in client management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel industry
- Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
