3D Graphics Artist at Octoplus Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified 3D Graphics Artist to join our creative team. The role holder will work closely with creative and project teams to produce and edit high-quality 3D graphics designs for various client projects and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning 3D graphics designs with high visual impact for clients and various projects
• Work to briefs, developing and pitching creative ideas and concepts while selecting appropriate designs and media to meet client objectives
• Think creatively to develop new designs, concepts, graphics, and layouts
• Utilize 3D modelling, mapping, texturing, and lighting techniques to create compelling visual elements
• Create illustrations, designs, and artwork for marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and advertisements
• Establish priorities while managing multiple projects and communicate accurate time estimates for each phase
• Collaborate with graphics and project teams to create unique videos and animations for various online platforms
• Deliver design work on time and within specified budgets and timeframes
• Work collaboratively with creative colleagues, project managers, and content writers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree (Second Class Upper/2:1 or higher) from a recognised institution in Fine Art, Graphic Design, or related field (B.A or HND)
• Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient use of 3D design software, primarily Blender, and familiarity with other tools such as Autodesk 3DS Max or MAXON Cinema 4D
• Competency with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Strong aptitude for art and creativity with relevant experience in digital design, animation, and illustrations
• Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing 3D graphics in a professional, post-production environment
