Key Responsibilities

• Implement zonal sales strategies and deliver revenue targets
• Acquire new corporate and retail clients across the Lagos market
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, HR decision makers, and key stakeholders
• Supervise the zonal team and monitor performance
• Prepare market intelligence reports and sales forecasts
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues across service teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
• 6–8 years of sales and/or marketing experience
• Lagos market experience is an advantage
• Proven record of achieving targets in competitive markets
• Strong communication and team-leadership skills
