## Title: Zonal Head of Agency Development
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Zonal Head of Agency Development to lead and expand agency operations across the assigned zone while driving sales performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop Agency Development Executives, Team Leaders, and Financial Advisors (Agents)
- Develop and execute zonal agency strategies to achieve targets and expand market share
- Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed zonal KPIs
- Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure all agency activities adhere strictly to NAICOM guidelines, company policies, AML, and KYC requirements
- Identify growth opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and develop localized strategies to expand market share
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Oversee regional budgets, expenses, and accurate reporting of sales and performance data
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (minimum of second class lower — 2:2)
- CIIN or any related professional certification (preferred)
Required Experience
- Minimum of 7 years' sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and agency management
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products
