Workshop Technician at Pragmatic Technologies

Job Summary

Pragmatic Technologies seeks a dedicated Workshop Technician to ensure that products are repaired and maintained according to established company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair inverter boards, AVR units, and other electrical/electronic devices up to PCB level
• Complete routine and non-routine maintenance on inverters and related equipment
• Receive and verify incoming defective products from the RMA officer
• Diagnose products to identify faults and propose solutions
• Clarify fault details with customers when necessary before commencing repairs
• Perform repairs based on diagnosis and any additional issues discovered
• Document parts used during repairs for billing purposes
• Test repaired products to confirm proper functionality
• Attend to technical complaints and service requests on all company products
• Perform other assigned functions as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum OND/NABTEB or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 2-4 years of relevant and progressive experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong business ethics
