## Title: Wellwork Supervisor III

About the Role

Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Wellwork Supervisor III. This role provides critical planning and supervisory support to Well Management Engineers and onsite Company representatives at wellhead platforms, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of wellwork, workover, and well intervention operations.

Primary Responsibilities

As the primary contact for execution readiness, you will directly supervise Service Partner personnel throughout all operational stages. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Provide planning support to Well Management Engineers and onsite Company representatives to ensure safe and efficient wellwork execution
  • Directly supervise Service Partner personnel at all stages of operations
  • Support the Wellwork Coordinator with in-field information to ensure proper work accomplishment, logistics organization, and resource management for personnel, equipment, and services
  • Communicate expectations regarding Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE); provide guidance and support for managing SSHE events
  • Communicate and enforce Systems — Operations Integrity (OI), Wellwork Integrity Management System (WIMS), and Work Management System (WMS) expectations on site
  • Monitor wellwork operations to provide feedback and input to the Wellwork Coordinator and Operations Superintendent, ensuring procedures are properly followed and emergency situations are appropriately managed
  • Troubleshoot new and evolving issues to determine root cause, including non-routine failures
  • Assist the Engineering team in developing and evaluating wellwork procedures and programs for execution feasibility and completeness
  • Ensure all applicable procedures are followed as approved and utilize management of change processes when required
  • Generate accurate and adequate operations reports

Internal and External Collaboration

  • Work effectively with immediate work group and engineering teams internally
  • Interface with Service Partners, Project In-Charge (PIC), Projects and Maintenance representatives in SIMOPS area to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Influence and interface with Engineering teams on operational matters
