About the Role

We are hiring an entry-level Welder (Level 1) to assist with basic welding operations, preparation of materials, and support of senior welders in project execution. This role offers excellent learning opportunities for candidates who want to build a career in industrial and mechanical fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior welders in assembling and joining metal parts
• Prepare and clean materials prior to welding
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area
• Follow instructions and quality standards in every task
• Comply with safety and housekeeping procedures at all times

OHSE Responsibilities

• Always wear PPE including gloves, helmet, and protective clothing
• Follow company safety rules and fire prevention practices
• Report unsafe acts, equipment faults, or near misses immediately
• Participate in safety trainings and toolbox meetings

Qualifications & Experience

• Trade Test or Technical Certificate
• 0 - 2 years of experience

Skills & Abilities

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn welding techniques
• Ability to follow technical instructions carefully
• Good teamwork and communication

Knowledge & Technical Requirements

• Basic understanding of welding processes and tools
• Awareness of safety procedures in welding environments
