Website Developer / Digital Marketer

Position Overview

Beaumont Luxe Interiors is seeking a talented in-house Website Developer and Digital Marketer to oversee the company's online presence and customer interactions. You will be responsible for implementing social media content strategies, designing and building e-commerce websites, and managing digital campaigns to build community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and construct e-commerce websites that meet user expectations
• Ensure websites are visually appealing, perform smoothly, and provide easy navigation with fast loading times and minimal errors
• Develop and implement social media content strategies across all platforms
• Analyze engagement data and identify trends in customer interactions
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to build online community
• Post and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
• Monitor online conversations on company social media accounts and address customer concerns promptly
• Regularly create and share text, video, and image content that engages the target market
• Identify relevant social media events, trends, and topics to align with company strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND qualification
• 3–10 years of relevant work experience

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with writers, designers, developers, and customers; experience reporting to senior management
• Creativity: Proven ability to craft engaging content that aligns with brand identity and customer trends
• Technology: Strong computer skills, proficiency with social media platforms, and experience with social media analytics tools
• Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital technologies and strategies to meet organizational goals
