Key Responsibilities: - Redesign and rebrand our website - Design user flows for a Talent Recruitment System - Translate business and HR processes into clean web experiences - Collaborate on content structure, layout, and user journey - Ensure the website reflects professionalism, clarity, and trust - Optimize design for desktop and mobile responsiveness. What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in web design (portfolio required) - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles - Ability to design process-driven platforms, not just landing pages - Attention to detail and structured thinking - Ability to work with feedback and iterate quickly - Experience designing dashboards, forms, or systems is a plus.
