Wealth Manager at Koins Microfinance Bank

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join our wealth management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving deposit mobilisation, managing client relationships, and structuring investment solutions for high-value clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of monthly deposit mobilisation target of 100m in monthly net growth
• Manage cost of funds within approved limits
• Identify, prospect, and onboard High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate, and institutional clients for deposit mobilisation
• Promote and structure Fixed Deposit, Savings, and Investment products in line with bank pricing and risk guidelines
• Maintain strong, professional client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews
• Prepare and present investment proposals, indicative offers, and term sheets to clients
• Track market interest rates and competitor offerings to support pricing decisions
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to internal credit and risk policies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly liability mobilisation targets
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless transaction processing
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development performance reports

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in deposit mobilisation or wealth management (preferably in Microfinance Banks, commercial banks, asset management, or investment finance)
• Strong existing network of HNIs and corporate clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of investment products, treasury, and market rates
