Warehouse Supervisor II

An established company is recruiting for the following position. MAIN FUNCTIONS Supervises warehouse activities. Maintains records and schedules. Secures warehouse and supervises warehouse staff. Leads and directs the work of others. Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining workers. Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, resolving problems, and identifying warehouse system improvements. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position. Manages Warehouse First Line Supervisors to efficiently deliver safe, reliable and profitable operations.
