Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control
• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders
• Coordinate equipment usage, including forklifts and other warehouse machinery
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff to maintain operational standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong supervisory skills to manage and lead warehouse staff effectively
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving with accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods
• Proficiency in material handling and inventory control
• Forklift operation skills for safe material handling
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications or qualifications in logistics or related fields
