## Title: Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, and dispatch
  • Ensure timely and accurate loading and offloading of raw materials and finished products
  • Maintain proper zoning, labelling, and arrangement of all warehouse items

Inventory & Documentation

  • Oversee stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of variances
  • Maintain accurate inventory records on ERP/warehouse systems
  • Ensure proper documentation (GRNs, waybills, transfer notes, bin cards, etc.) is completed and filed

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, coach, and monitor warehouse staff to meet daily targets
  • Allocate tasks and manage shift planning to ensure seamless operations
  • Drive adherence to SOPs and operational excellence standards

Compliance, Quality & Safety

  • Enforce hygiene, food safety, and quality standards in line with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE procedures, including use of PPE and safe handling practices
  • Support audit readiness and closure of non-conformities

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports
  • Monitor KPIs such as order fulfilment accuracy, inventory accuracy, stock turnaround, and loss reduction
  • Recommend and implement improvements for efficiency and cost optimisation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems, ERP tools, and warehouse documentation
  • Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced operational environment
