About the Role

As a Warehouse Products & Services Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. You will stay updated on warehouse products, market trends, and industry developments while driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers by understanding their needs and preferences
• Identify potential clients and develop targeted strategies to reach and convert them into customers
• Effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of warehouse products and services to potential customers
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process and beyond
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and market awareness of warehouse goods and services
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads
• Generate regular sales reports and provide insights into sales performance

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc, OND, or NCE qualification in a relevant field
• Sales or marketing experience with FMCG products (advantageous)
• Less than 40 years old
• Available to start work immediately
