About the Role

A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Warehouse Products & Marketing Officer. This role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service while staying updated on products and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with clients and customers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach and convert them
• Effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of warehouse products and services to potential customers
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond
• Collect feedback from customers to improve products, services, and sales strategies
• Maintain strong product knowledge and market awareness of warehouse goods and services
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various products to customers
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads
• Generate regular sales reports and provide insights into sales performance

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc, OND, or NCE in relevant fields
• Sales/Marketing experience with FMCG products (added advantage)
• Less than 40 years old
• Ready to start work immediately
