Warehouse Officer

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: - Receive incoming stocks and verify quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates - Ensure proper storage of beverages in accordance with FIFO/FEFO principles - Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and physical stock - Coordinate loading and dispatch of goods based on delivery schedules - Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and expiries - Control and document returns, breakages, and expired products - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse - Supervise warehouse helpers and loaders as required - Ensure proper documentation for receipts, transfers, and dispatches - Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations - Enforce compliance with company policies and safety standards - Support periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
