A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities: - Inventory Management: Responsible for overseeing the storage, movement, and tracking of all inventory items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management. - Logistics Coordination: Facilitates the smooth flow of goods by coordinating with suppliers, production teams, and distribution partners to ensure timely delivery and efficient transportation. - Warehouse Organization: Optimizes the layout and storage systems within the warehouse to maximize space utilization and streamline operations. - Staff Management: Recruits, trains, and supervises warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently. - Quality Control: Implements procedures to maintain product quality and integrity, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly. - Cost Management: Monitors and controls operating expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating favorable contracts with suppliers. - Health and Safety Compliance: Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting audits and providing training to minimize risks. - Continuous Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, implementing changes to enhance productivity and reduce lead times. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with 2-7 years experience.
