Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Overview - We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of paint, ink, and printing raw materials. - The role involves leading a team, optimizing inventory, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency across the warehouse and distribution network. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. - Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 warehouse staff to achieve performance targets. - Implement and monitor inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock. - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations for chemical and industrial materials. - Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to optimize logistics and distribution. - Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. - Support business growth initiatives through efficient warehouse strategy and process improvements. Requirements: - HND / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Chemical, Paint Technology, or related field. - 5 - 12 years’ experience managing warehouses with fast-moving or high-value materials. - Proven team leadership experience and ability to manage wide-area operations. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel across Nigeria and West Africa as required.
