Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Role Overview - We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our daily fulfillment operations. As the leader of our warehouse, you will be responsible for ensuring every order is picked, packed, and shipped with 100% accuracy. - You will manage a team of associates, optimize our warehouse layout for maximum speed, and ensure that our inventory records match the physical reality on our shelves. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of fulfillment officers to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals. - Oversee the entire workflow of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely customer delivery. - Execute regular cycle counts and audits to maintain high inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately. - Enforce strict health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and ensure all equipment, such as forklifts, is maintained and operated safely. - Monitor and report on core warehouse KPIs, including Order Picking Accuracy, Dock-to-Stock time, and Labor Productivity. - Implement 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to optimize space utilization and reduce order cycle times. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within a high-volume e-commerce or FMCG environment. - Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems and inventory software. - Must be able to lift up to 25kg and stand/walk for extended periods. - Forklift operator certification is often required; OSHA safety training is a major plus. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and top management. - Experience in automated sorting or picking systems - Background in lean warehousing and process optimization
