Warehouse & Inventory Officer (Health Sector) at Echolab Radiology and Laboratory Services

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Responsibilities - Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures, protocols and other work-related policies. - Controls inventory levels by conducting daily physical counts; reconciling with system data. - Supervise the receiving, monitoring and maintenance of stock in the warehouse to ensure sufficient stocks are available at any given time to meet the requirements as per the company guidelines. - Supervise the use and daily update of all inventories related items on the ERP software. - Determine and allocate appropriate daily manpower required for optimal warehouse operations & groom the team members for continuous improvement. - Ensure proper space management and stacking of goods in the designated spaces. - Any other responsibility that may be assigned by Management. Job Requirements - B.Sc in Business Administration or any related discipline. - 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control in healthcare sector is an added advantage. - Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or the Certified Warehouse Professional (CWP). - Emotionally Intelligent and culturally sensitive - Highly motivated, dynamic, and customer-oriented with the ability to thrive in a competitive and ever-changing environment.
