About This Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our hospitality team in a waitressing position with immediate resumption.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record food and beverage orders, noting special requests and verifying IDs for alcohol
• Deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and appropriate temperature
• Continuously monitor guests for satisfaction, refilling drinks and addressing needs promptly
• Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and escort them to their tables
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of dishes, specials, ingredients, and allergens while offering recommendations and upselling

Requirements

• SSCE qualification
• 3–5 years of work experience in a similar role
