Responsibilities - Extend warm greetings to customers. - Present the menu and accurately take food and drink orders. - Serve orders with precision and collect correct bill payments. - Create inviting table settings, ensuring a tidy dining area. - Manage the flow of dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning. - Collaborate with restaurant staff to review daily specials and menu changes. - Deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements and Skills - SSCE/OND qualification. - Proficient in basic math. - Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Display intelligence and adaptability. - Previous experience as a waitress is a plus. - Reside within Abuloma Odili axis in Port Harcourt.
