Customer Service - Greet guests warmly on arrival. - Present menu and explain daily specials. - Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Order Taking & Service - Take accurate food and drink orders using POS or manual order pad. - Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. - Ensure correct portioning and presentation when delivering meals. - Clear tables efficiently after meals. Table Management - Set up tables, napkins, cutlery, and condiments. - Keep tables clean, neat, and ready for incoming guests. - Assist with buffet setup and replenishment when required. - Work closely with supervisors, kitchen staff, and mixologists. - Report any customer complaints immediately. - Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
