About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Waiter/Waitress at our hospitality establishment in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner
• Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and make them feel welcome
• Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and take orders accurately
• Relay orders to the kitchen or bar promptly
• Present bills to customers and process payments accurately
• Set up tables with linens and silverware before service
• Clear tables of dirty dishes and glasses after meals
• Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues or complaints
• Restock service stations with supplies such as napkins, silverware, coffee, and condiments
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and experience in hospitality or food service
