About the Role

We are seeking a qualified waitress to deliver superior dining service with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism in our hotel's restaurant and lounge areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and organized
• Upsell menu items and promote specials
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service

Required Qualifications & Experience

• SSCE or Diploma in Hospitality (preferred)
• 2–3 years of restaurant or hotel dining service experience
• Proximity to Ikoyi, Victoria Island, or Lekki is advantageous

Required Skills & Competencies

• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
