Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure tables are set, clean, and maintained throughout service
• Provide recommendations on cocktails, food, and specials when requested
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Process bills and payments efficiently
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in hospitality (advantageous)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
