An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Summary - Provide excellent dining service to guests in the hotel restaurant, ensuring a pleasant experience. Responsibilities - Guest Service: Greet guests, take orders accurately, and serve food/beverages promptly - Menu Knowledge: Explain menu items, make recommendations, and handle dietary requests - Table Management: Maintain cleanliness, set tables, and ensure a welcoming ambiance - Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff for smooth service and respond to guest need - Cash Handling: Process payments, handle bills, and maintain POS records. Requirements - Minimum SSCE certificate - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Good communication skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
