Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, handling customer inquiries, and working efficiently with the kitchen and bar staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
• Listen attentively to customers' food and beverage preferences, take accurate orders, and communicate special requests to kitchen staff
• Offer suggestions and recommendations from the menu based on customers' preferences, dietary restrictions, and budget
• Deliver orders to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy of presentation and timeliness
• Anticipate guests' needs throughout the dining experience, such as refilling drinks, clearing plates, and providing additional condiments or utensils
• Present bills to customers, process payments accurately, and handle change or credit card transactions using POS systems
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary
• Ensure that tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and well-maintained; assist with general cleaning duties to uphold sanitation standards
• Upsell additional menu items, specials, or promotional offers to enhance the dining experience and increase sales revenue
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to create a positive dining experience and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good memory and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
