We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Description - Guest Interaction: Welcome and seat guests, explain specials, answer menu questions, and make recommendations. - Order Management: Accurately take orders (using notepad/tablet) and relay them to kitchen/bar staff. - Service & Delivery: Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally. - Payment Processing :Prepare bills, handle cash/card payments, and process transactions. - Dining Area Maintenance: Set tables, clear dirty dishes, and keep the area clean and organized. - Teamwork: Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other staff to ensure smooth service. - Product knowledge:Ability to upsell products and has knowledge of sales. Essential Skills & Requirements - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long hours. - Patience, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor. - Basic math for handling payments and good coordination. - Knowledge of food safety is often required.
