Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with confidence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and portioning
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
• Maintain the cleanliness of tables and dining areas throughout service
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Work closely with runners, hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

Requirements

• SSCE, NCE, or OND qualification
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and grooming
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
