Position Overview: - We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience by taking orders accurately, serving meals promptly, and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests and present menus - Take accurate food and beverage orders - Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner - Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience - Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to supervisors - Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas - Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards Requirements: & Qualifications - Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND - Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays - Team player with a positive attitude - Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
