Position Overview: - The Waiter will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining service by taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. - The role requires professionalism, speed, and strong attention to guest needs. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders. - Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally. - Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-arranged. - Maintain excellent customer service throughout the dining experience. - Respond to guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently. - Ensure correct billing procedures and coordinate with cashier when necessary. - Maintain cleanliness of service areas and comply with hygiene standards. - Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service delivery. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Waiter in a reputable hotel or restaurant is an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. - Hospitality training or relevant certification is an added advantage.
