## Title: Volunteer Communications Manager – Social Media & Client Service
Job Summary
We are recruiting 4-5 volunteer Communications Officers to support the management of social media accounts across different Live Again brands (Foundation, Enterprise, and others). Volunteers will be pooled into a central team and assigned to accounts as needed, with reassignments occurring based on content needs and workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage content across assigned social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Respond to messages, comments, inquiries, and engage with online communities
- Assist in developing visual content, stories, short videos, and promotional materials
- Monitor trends and suggest content ideas aligned with the brand's mission
- Track engagement data and provide reports
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms and projects
- Support digital campaigns, online events, and community engagement drives
- Assist in basic graphics, captions, and storytelling for advocacy and program visibility
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or related fields
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends
- Good written communication skills
- Basic content creation and copywriting skills (graphics or video editing is an advantage)
- Ability to work remotely and meet content deadlines
- Experience in managing social media accounts is a plus, but not mandatory
