## Title: Volunteer Admin & Operations Officer

Job Summary

The Admin/Ops Volunteer will provide administrative, operational, and basic procurement support to ensure smooth running of programs and activities across the Live Again Group. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced NGO/social impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing communication channels
  • Support basic procurement activities including sourcing vendors, collecting quotes, and preparing purchase requisitions
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support logistics for events, trainings, and outreach activities
  • Maintain inventory and track usage of office materials, supplies, and project assets
  • Prepare simple reports, minutes of meetings, and administrative updates
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and administrative compliance tasks

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc in Business Admin, Public Administration, Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an added advantage
