About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Video Editor to join our team at Firstfruit Homes Limited in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality video content, with a focus on real estate marketing and property showcase videos.

Required Skills

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
Creative eye for composition, color, and sound design
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with real estate marketing or property showcase videos
Experience with motion graphics and drone footage editing
Video color grading expertise
Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field
2-4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor
Preferably experience in real estate or media production
