Key Responsibilities: - Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into finished projects that match the company’s vision and message. - Create visually engaging content, including promotional videos, brand campaigns, testimonials, and event highlights. - Collaborate with the content and creative team to understand project objectives and deliver according to timelines. - Add sound effects, music, graphics, motion, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. - Maintain brand consistency and ensure videos align with brand tone, guidelines, and aesthetics. - Organize and manage all video assets, maintaining a structured digital library. - Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques. - Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website, etc.). - Support live shoots and assist in content creation when necessary. Requirements: & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field. - 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor or similar role, preferably in a creative, marketing, or media agency. - Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm. - Basic knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics. - Excellent attention to detail and creativity in crafting visual stories. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
