Job description

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Location: Jalingo, Taraba Core responsibilities - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and strategies to support the company's objectives. - Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of various departments, such as HR, finance, and IT. - Financial Management: Oversee budgets, fiscal operations, and financial services, including managing payroll, vendor payments, and accounts payable/receivable. - Process Improvement: Evaluate existing administrative functions and implement changes to improve efficiency and performance. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and ensure alignment across departments. - Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to administrative activities. - Staff Management: Lead, guide, and mentor administrative staff, including planning and conducting training for new employees.
