Job Summary

The Vice Principal (Academics) will provide strategic and operational leadership for designated academic activities in the school. This role is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and management of teaching and learning, ensuring the maintenance of high academic standards and alignment with international best practices.

The Vice Principal (Academics) will work closely with the Principal and the Senior Management Team on all matters relating to academic strategy and school development.

Required Qualifications

• A good First Degree and a relevant postgraduate qualification
• Minimum of 7 years of teaching and academic leadership experience in a reputable school, preferably a boarding school
• Proven track record of effective academic supervision and demonstrable success in improving student performance
