Vessel & Terminal Coordination Support (Operations)

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. - We’re seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to support seamless vessel berthing, sailing, and terminal coordination across Nigerian ports. Key Focus Areas: -  Liaising with vessel captains, terminals, port authorities (NPA, NIMASA) and internal teams -  Managing vessel ETA data, cargo information, berthing plans, and sailing documentation -  Ensuring timely NIMASA clearances, regulatory compliance, and fee processing -  Monitoring reefers, manifests, and import documentation -  Supporting cost control and operational reporting through TMS, VCI, and GVA guidelines -  Participating in voyage and port performance meetings What We’re Looking For: -  HND/OND or equivalent qualification -  Minimum 3 years’ experience in vessel operations or a shipping agency environment -  Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills -  Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems -  A strong team player with customer-service focus
