Vehicle Recovery Officer at White Soul Group

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Recovery Officer to join our expanding team at White Soul Group in Lagos. You will be responsible for locating, retrieving, and ensuring the safe return of company and client vehicles that have broken down, been involved in accidents, or defaulted on lease or hire-purchase agreements.

This role requires technical knowledge of vehicle handling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure, often outside normal working hours. You will serve as a first responder in vehicle recovery and rescue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and retrieve vehicles safely
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns and accidents
• Handle vehicle towing and recovery operations
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Maintain detailed documentation and incident reports
• Ensure compliance with road safety procedures
• Provide first aid assistance when required

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, or Technical Certificate
• Valid driver's license (towing certification is an advantage)
• First aid training certificate
• Proven experience in vehicle recovery, towing, logistics, or fleet management
• Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics and road safety procedures
• Physically fit and able to work in challenging conditions
• Reliable and trustworthy

Additional Information

Salary: N100,000 per month
