## Title: Vegetable Preparation Assistant
Summary
We are recruiting for a Production Staff member to join our kitchen and food preparation team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate meals to set standards
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety levels
- Assist in baking, hot/cold kitchen tasks, and meal assembly
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification (culinary certificate is an advantage)
- 1 - 3 years experience in food production or kitchen operations
- Detail-oriented and disciplined approach to work
- Ability to work flexible shifts
