## Title: Van Sales Representative

Job Purpose

Operate the sales van to drive sales performance and deliver agreed business objectives, ensuring excellent execution of sales and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory.

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve direct load-out and redistribution of stock from distributors/warehouses to retail outlets within assigned routes
  • Ensure effective and comprehensive coverage of retail outlets across assigned routes
  • Establish, maintain, and continually expand the retail outlet base by recruiting new outlets daily
  • Deliver assigned sales targets (SKU, territory, and value) through effective market penetration and customer relationship management
  • Introduce new and existing products to customers and drive incremental sales
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports (DRAR) to the Area Sales Manager
  • Support dealer network expansion and secondary sales performance
  • Ensure optimal van utilization, fuel management, and operational cost control
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • ND/NCE in any discipline
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales with clear KPI achievements
  • Proven van driving and van sales experience
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
  • Operational efficiency and cost control awareness
