About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
• Process sales paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new product launches, promotions, and industry trends
• Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• HND, OND, SSCE, GCE, NECO, or BSc qualification
• 2 - 5 years of work experience
