## Title: Van Sales Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Van Sales Representative to sell and distribute Estakem peanut snacks across assigned routes and neighborhoods in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, reliable, and possess good knowledge of local routes and retail points.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive through assigned routes to sell and distribute Estakem products to customers and retail outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure product availability
- Convince and upsell customers to increase sales volume
- Accurately record all sales and collections, ensuring proper stock accountability
- Submit daily sales and route reports to the Sales Supervisor
- Monitor and report customer feedback and competitor activities
- Ensure proper handling, loading, and display of products in retail outlets
- Maintain the sales van in good working and clean condition, adhering to all road safety rules
Requirements
- Knowledge of neighborhood routes and local sales areas
- Proven ability to sell and convince customers effectively
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Valid driver's license
- 1–2 years of experience in van or field sales (FMCG/snack experience preferred)
- Basic record-keeping and arithmetic skills
- Reliable, honest, and self-motivated with strong accountability
- Good communication and customer service skills

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 per month
