## Title: Van Field Sales Supervisor

Role Summary

Drive sales performance using the sales van, achieve targets, expand retail coverage, and ensure effective product distribution within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive van sales and redistribute stock to retail outlets
  • Cover assigned routes and recruit new retail outlets daily
  • Achieve sales targets (SKU, value, and territory)
  • Introduce and promote products to customers
  • Submit daily DRAR sales reports
  • Ensure proper van use, fuel management, and cost control

Requirements

  • ND / NCE qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years sales or van sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and customer management skills
  • Ability to work independently
