## Title: UI/UX Designer

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of UI/UX Designer at Venus67 Foundation in Lagos, Nigeria.

Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers
Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts
Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
Create page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate site functionality and appearance
Create unique graphic designs
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and resolve UX issues
Make layout adjustments based on user feedback while adhering to font, color, and image style guidelines

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience working in agile development environments

Ability to design visually appealing interfaces, including layout, color, and typography
Ability to build structural layouts and create interactive prototypes to test user flow
Conducting interviews, surveys, and other research methods to understand user needs and behaviors
Organizing and structuring content in a clear and logical manner
Observing and analyzing user interactions with designs to identify improvement areas
Crafting clear and concise text for user interfaces
Understanding of web and mobile application development fundamentals
