UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Objective / Purpose of Job - Employee should be highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong front-end development capabilities. - Employee will be responsible for designing user-centric digital interfaces and translating approved designs into high-quality, responsive web applications. - This role requires both creative design expertise and solid coding proficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups. - Design intuitive, responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms. - Ensure consistency with corporate branding and digital standards. - Continuously optimize user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates. - Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and maintainable code. - Develop responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Implement front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular (where applicable). - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. - Demonstrated portfolio showcasing both design and implemented projects. - Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern JS framework. - Working knowledge of Git and version control systems.
