Tubemill Operator

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Roles & Responsibilities - Set up machines according to production specifications. - Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet productivity targets. - Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and consistency. - Inspect finished products to maintain high standards of quality. - Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize performance. - Maintain accurate production logs and report any malfunctions. - Follow safety protocols and adhere to workplace regulations. - Collaborate with the production team to ensure workflow efficiency. - Ensure machines are well-stocked with materials to avoid interruptions. - Participate in training sessions for new equipment or processes. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency. Requirements: & Skills - HND, OND, Trade Test, SSCE or equivalent required. - Proven experience as an Operator of the machine - Knowledge of production machinery and mechanical systems. - Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints. - Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy machinery. - Commitment to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
